Update on Contract Negotiations Status:

As of January 18, the Hampshire Regional School Committee's wage proposal for both teachers and educational support professionals is FY24 - 2.5% increase to the salary scale, FY25 - 2.25% increase to the salary scale, FY26 - 2.25% increase to the salary scale. With existing contractual step increases, the School Committee calculates that over 3 years, this represents an increase of $622,000 or approximately 9.2%. Additionally, the School Committee also offered a 2.25% increase to the salary scale for FY 27. The School Committee has further offered a proposal providing 2 weeks of paid parental leave.
